Paulina and Mateusz met us on the Brooklyn Bridge early on the morning of August 6, 2024. The clouds were low, the skyline was soft and hazy, and the bridge was about as quiet as it ever gets.
The bridge before the crowds
Starting early is the secret to the Brooklyn Bridge. We had the walkway almost to ourselves, which meant room for dips, spins and a few quiet moments with the towers and cables behind them.
Down to DUMBO
From the bridge we walked down into DUMBO for the classic view of the Manhattan Bridge from Washington Street, then finished with a few close-ups by the water.
